Shipping & Returns Policy

We lovingly create and dispatch your orders with care. Below are the details of our current shipping, returns, and refund policies.

Physical Products (Clothing)

Processing Time:

Most items are handmade or made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 working days for preparation before shipping.

Shipping Times & Costs:

Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship from the UK to select international destinations.

Customs & Duties (International Orders):

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges:

If your item arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed clothing within 14 days of receipt.

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Custom pieces or altered items may not be returnable, this will be noted on the product page.

 

Digital Products (EFTs, Meditations, Workbooks)

Instant Access:

Digital products are delivered via email/download immediately after purchase.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
